You can use the SIM in our 4G Plug-n-Play Router or any other smart mobile device. The 4G router is optional.

Home Wireless 4G

1. Monthly Payments
   The Service is offered at the promotional price of AED 199/month (5% VAT excluded) for 12 months only (Minimum Term). After that, it will be AED 299/month (undiscounted price).
2. Fair Usage Policy
   The Customer acknowledges that the Service is subject to a ‘Fair Use Policy’ and the following restrictions and/or limitations to the use of the Service and any add-on services apply: Etisalat by e& reserves the right to throttle the speed of the Service to 1Mbps if the Customer exceeds the usage of 300GB in a month during peak period.
3. Ending your contract
   Where the Customer has selected a Service plan with a Minimum Term and terminates the Service before the expiry of this Minimum Term, the Customer shall pay an early termination charge, which shall amount to AED 1,000 or one undiscounted monthly rental charge, which amounts to AED 299 for the 4G subscription plan and AED 399 for the 5G subscription plan, of the current Service plan (whichever is the lower) and shall pay for the 4G or 5G Router as per the following calculation:
   • (Rp / Ct ) x ( Ct – ( 1 + T) )
   • Rp = the retail price of the device(s);
   • Ct = the number of months in the minimum term of the contract; and
   • T = the number of months the subscriber has served in the contract.
4. Customer Home Location
   Customers can relocate the SIM card once in a single month with no extra charge by calling 101 (subsequent moves will be charged AED 100 per instance).
5. Multi-Sim:
   Multi-sim is not allowed for this service
6. Penalty-Free Service Cancellation Period:
   Customer may, subject to certain conditions being met, cancel the home wireless 4G plan within 3 days in case that the Customer opted out from receiving a router, the home wireless 4G plan within 7 days in case the Customer opted in to receive a router, the home wireless 5G plan within 14 days and etisalat by e& will waive the exit charges and/or equipment charges as applicable. The router is to be returned to etisalat by e& with all accessories and documentation in the original packaging. The Customer can return the 4G or 5G router, as the case may be, by calling 101 or 800 101 to request etisalat by e& agents to collect the router.
7. Disclaimer:
   Etisalat by e& will do its best to deliver the Data SIM and/or 4G Router for the Home Wireless service within 24 Hours from ordering online (Web/The Etisalat UAE App).
   In very rare conditions, delay might occur due to official holidays, weekends and weather conditions. In such case the delivery will be scheduled on the next available slot on priority”.
8. Please note that Etisalat Home Wireless is an automated activation and does not require any complex installations from either Etisalat or the customer.

Home Wireless 5G

1. Monthly Payments
   The Service is offered at the promotional monthly price of AED 299 (VAT exclusive) for 24 months only (Minimum Term). After that, it will be AED 399 per month (undiscounted price).
2. Fair Usage Policy
   The Customer acknowledges that the Service is subject to a ‘Fair Use Policy’ and the following restrictions and/or limitations to the use of the Service and any add-on services apply: Etisalat reserves the right to throttle the speed of the Service to 1mbps if the Customer exceeds the usage of 1000GB in a month.
3. Ending your contract
   In case you decide to cancel your contract before the end of its Minimum Term, you'll be charged: One undiscounted monthly recurring charge (AED 399) and for the remaining instalments of Wireless Router (AED 55.50 per month) or in case you decide to cancel your contract after the end of the Minimum Term, you will not be charged an early termination fee.

Grand Raffle Draw

1. Residential Customers buying Home Wireless through My Etisalat UAE App or Etisalat Website (http://etisalat.ae) are eligible to participate in the Grand Raffle Draw.
2. “Grand Raffle Draw” means a promotional draw whereby Etisalat gives away 5 Microsoft Xbox Series X with Xbox Game Pass 12 months subscription to eligible customers who will get a chance to win 1 of them.
3. Customer needs to have the service active to merit the benefit to enter the Grand Raffle Draw.
4. Promotion is valid from 7th December 2022 until 16th January 2023.
5. The Grand Raffle Draw will be conducted on 24th January 2023 and winners will be announced through Etisalat’s website or through My Etisalat UAE App.
6. Winners will be notified via SMS, My Etisalat UAE App or via phone call from an Etisalat representative to the winner’s registered mobile number.
7. The holder of the winning account must visit Al Kifaf office, Dubai, with his Emirates Identity Card, after being notified from Monday until Thursday (10:00AM until 5:00PM) and the security guard will guide them to the collection point. The winning customer will sign a receipt to acknowledge receipt of the gift.
